Prerequisites:
- Access: Ensure access to both SAP Datasphere and ADLS.
- Azure Credentials: Have the ADLS storage account name, key, or other authentication methods ready.
Steps:
- Login to SAP Datasphere:
- Access your SAP Datasphere instance via the web browser.
- Navigate to Connections:
- Go to the Connections section from the main menu.
- Add a New Connection:
- Click on the Connections tab and select Create Connection.
- From the list of available connections, choose Azure Data Lake Storage.
- Configure ADLS Connection:
- Name: Provide a name for your connection.
- Azure Storage Account Name: Enter the name of your ADLS storage account.
- Authentication Type: Select the type of authentication (e.g., Shared Key, SAS Token, Managed Identity).
- Account Key or Token: Enter the relevant key or token.
- Test the Connection
- Test the connection to ensure everything is configured correctly.
Import Data:
- Once the connection is established, you can create data flows or import data from ADLS into SAP Datasphere.
- Map the data fields and define how the data should be stored or transformed within Datasphere.
